BP Equals Bad Press

Get ready to be pissed, because BP has surpassed the worst standards for honest accountability and began covert ad-campaigns to subliminally convince us that the spill is no biggie.
It’s one piece of an enormous, largely stealth PR campaign that BP has been waging over the past few weeks, according to sources across the Gulf, as the enormity of the Deepwater Horizon rig disaster sinks in.

According to the article, in addition to this spectacle of dishonest idiocy, BP has also supposedly been funding news coverage that deflects the gritty blame of the spill on BP.
Just a side note: Exxon Valdez took 20 years to clean up, and it’s still in the process of recovering from the disaster which occured in 1989.
